Regional Sales Manager

According to the sales plan formulated by the director of the sales department, fully and specifically responsible for the management of sales in the designated area;
Grasp the market dynamics and development trends of the area under its jurisdiction, and propose specific regional marketing plans, as well as specific marketing workflows and rules based on market changes;
Responsible for the management of distributors in the area under its jurisdiction, establish long-term and stable cooperative relations with major distributors in the area, and be responsible for the development of blank markets in the area;
Responsible for market research and analysis and forecasting in the area under its jurisdiction;
Responsible for the management of the salespersons in the area under its jurisdiction, responsible for the business training, performance appraisal, supervision and inspection of the sales representatives, and dynamically optimize the allocation of the sales representatives and other marketing resources;
Responsible for the coordination and handling of various emergencies in the area under its jurisdiction;
